Orders & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order before 2:00 PM CST on the dispatch day. Once dispatched, your order will fall under our Returns policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship to locations within the United States only; we do not offer international shipping.

When will my order ship and how long does delivery take?

Orders are handled within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat) and transit takes approximately 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat). The total delivery estimate is 6–13 business days from order placement. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are processed the same business day.

What shipping options do you offer?

We provide Standard Shipping only, and do not offer expedited or overnight options.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free Standard Shipping on orders over $75. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies. All prices are in USD.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return window?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return both defective and non-defective items in new and unused condition, complete with original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (such as a wrong item or defect), A Sunny Boutique will cover the return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed to the original payment method in USD within 5 business days after we receive the returned item; please note that banks may add 1–2 additional business days for processing.
